So, each month I try to figure out what’s going on in Winston-Salem that I might be interested in. My three links up until now have been
- Event-o-Rama, which is not horrible but not great. In particular I’d like to see calendar dates (e.g. 5/6) in addition to day names like “Saturday”
- Upcoming.org, apparently now upcoming.yahoo.com, which right now has one (1) event
- Relish’s calendar (Relish is Winston-Salem’s events calendar maintained by our paper, the Winston-Salem Journal), which as of May 6 still shows April’s calendar as the “current” calendar
I’m thinking I should start checking The Werehouse’s Myspace page and NCSA’s events calendar; they tend to have the more interesting events anyways.
Update: Joshua Lerner of BusyTonight.com just e-mailed me about Winston-NC.busytonight.com. Their site looks like it has a bunch of relevant events!
